 As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information to allow for proper customization of the software.
• Use the software in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials and prevent unauthorized access.

 All rights to the software, including trademarks, logos, and all related content, are owned by DataWorks and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the software without prior written consent. 

 Upon payment and agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software for your business’s internal purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Transfer, sublicense, or lease the software to third parties.
• Use the software in any manner not permitted by these terms.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss, downtime, or compatibility issues. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees you have paid for the software. 

 Fees for the software and services are outlined in your contract or agreement. Payment is due as specified. For late payments, we reserve the right to charge interest or suspend access to the software. 

 Either party may terminate this agreement with prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the software will be revoked.
• We may retain anonymized usage data for internal purposes.

 We take your privacy seriously. Any information you provide for customization or service purposes is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to fulfill the service or as required by law.
